Dr. Mitchell Zeren was born in Bronx Lebanon Hospital in the Bronx, New York. He grew up as a local Bronx resident before his family moved to Long Island. He went to State University at Albany, and after earning his Bachelors Degree of Science, he went to New York Chiropractic College graduating as a Chiropractor in 1982. He is privileged to have trained under some of the top chiropractors and medical physicians in the country.
Dr. Zeren began his Bronx Family Practice back in 1986. His practice began to flourish and by 1989 he began a multi-specialty practice which included physical medicine and physical therapy. As the multi-specialty practice grew other physicians began to work along side Dr. Zeren to provide a network of health professionals, including orthopedists, neurologists and pain management. The group of physicians and health care professionals focus on the evaluation and treatment of injuries, including alternative, non surgical and surgical treatment options.
He has been able to combine extensive skills as a chiropractor with his specialized education, and with his devotion to patients bringing together the most comprehensive medical facility specializing in evaluation and treatment of automobile and work injuries.
Dr. Zeren is certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and has obtained Advanced Certification after postgraduate work in Radiology, including diagnostic imaging and sports injury, and has advanced certification in Competency in Whiplash, Traumatology, and Motor Vehicle Crash Forensics. Dr. Zeren is committed to the hard work and dedication it takes to become an expert on soft tissue injuries sustained in motor vehicle and work accidents, as well as sports injuries. This has allowed him to be a sought after expert witness at trial on behalf of his injured patients.
