Dr. Timothy Canty is a double board certified anesthesiologist and pain medicine specialist, with over twenty years of experience in interventional pain, regenerative, and mental health treatments. He has been named repeatedly as one of New York’s Super Doctors and specializes in treating resistant pain with novel therapies, with a passion for innovation and excellence. Dr. Canty completed his residency training in anesthesiology at the Massachusetts General Hospital (Harvard Medical School) and his fellowship at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (Harvard Medical School). He was previously a leading instructor in the Department of Anesthesiology at Harvard Medical School, New York University, and the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center. He founded Manhattan Restorative with a mission to use cutting-edge treatments and world-class expertise to restore patients to pain free lives and serves as an expert on emerging technologies in healthcare. He also speaks Spanish and has been part of medical relief missions in Venezuela, El Salvador, and Mexico.
